At Supreme Trimmer, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless experience with our products. Please review the guidelines below to understand our return and exchange process.
Eligible for Return or Exchange

Products with factory defects related to the motor, battery, or PCB (printed circuit board).

Items within the warranty period with a valid receipt.

Products with clear manufacturing defects, such as issues with craftsmanship or material quality (does not apply to accessories).
Not Eligible for Return

Products with issues arising from misuse, such as improper blade changes, dropping, or lack of regular maintenance.

Items with physical damage, including broken levers, chipped blades, or disconnected batteries caused by being dropped or mishandled.
Return Policy for Buyer’s Remorse
If you wish to return a product for reasons such as no longer wanting it and there is no issue with the product:

A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Customers must arrange and pay for their own shipping back to our warehouse.

The product must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.

Return Policy for Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased your product through a third-party platform or beauty supply storefront, please reach out to the seller directly to initiate a return or refund.

We are unable to process returns or refunds for non-defective items purchased from third-party platforms.

If you are experiencing an issue with your product and believe it may be a defect, we can assist you with a warranty claim, even if the product was not purchased directly from us.

To qualify, the product must have been purchased from an authorized seller, and you must provide an order number, receipt, or any proof of purchase you have available.

Exchange & Upgrade Policy

We do not offer exchanges or upgrades.

If you'd like to exchange your product for an entirely different model (e.g., trade in a trimmer for a clipper), we are unable to process this type of request.

We can only offer a replacement for the same model originally purchased if the item is defective and qualifies under our warranty.

Replacement Items: When sending back tools for replacement, only include the tool itself—do not send accessories unless instructed.

Repairs: We encourage simple at-home repairs (like blade swaps or lever replacements) before initiating a return.

Spare Parts: Replacement parts (blades, levers, etc.) are available upon request.
International Returns

International customers are responsible for their own return shipping.
