1. Return Eligibility Window
- 30-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Original Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Late Returns: Returns received after 30 days or without full packaging may be declined.
2. Hygiene & Usage Restrictions
- No Used Returns: Due to the personal nature of grooming tools, used items cannot be returned even if used only once.
- Inspection Standards: Any product showing signs of use such as hair, oil residue, or skin contact is ineligible for credit and may be returned to the sender at our discretion.
- Hygiene Seals: For sanitary reasons, products with broken hygiene seals are considered used.
3. Return & Credit Process
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved returns are issued via Store Credit or a Replacement if a product issue is confirmed.
- Mandatory Inspection: All returned items must be received at our facility and undergo a full inspection to confirm defects or condition before any store credit or replacement is issued.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect after inspection.
- Processing Time: Store credit or replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after the inspection is complete.
4. Damaged products or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our tools, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, it must be reported immediately to qualify for a no-cost resolution.

Strict 7-Day Window: You must contact support@supremetrimmer.com within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this window will be treated as standard warranty claims and may be subject to shipping fees.

Required Evidence: To process your claim, you must provide clear photos or video of the damaged item and the original shipping packaging.

Unused Condition: Incorrect items must remain in their original, unused condition with all seals intact. Using an incorrect item constitutes acceptance of the product and voids the return.

Resolution: Once the defect or error is verified by our team, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a replacement or store credit at no cost.
5. 1-Year Limited Warranty
All Supreme Trimmer tools include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing or mechanical defects, including:
- Motor, battery, or PCB (printed circuit board) defects.
- Verified Craftsmanship Defects: Covers documented internal assembly errors or material inconsistencies present at the time of manufacture.
Not Covered:
- Misuse, dropping, or improper maintenance.
- Physical damage (broken levers, cracked housing, chipped blades).
- Normal wear-and-tear (blades, foils, guards, cords, batteries).
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Structural Integrity: This warranty covers internal mechanical failure only. External structural damage—including cracked casings, snapped levers, or broken housing—is considered a result of high-impact force (drops) or misuse and is not covered under craftsmanship.
Note: All warranty claims require the product to be sent in for inspection. Replacements are provided at the discretion of Supreme Trimmer after the defect is verified.
6. Third-Party & International Purchases
- Authorized Resellers: For items purchased from authorized resellers, returns must be processed directly through the original seller.
- Warranty Claims: Claims are honored with valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, subject to our standard inspection process.
- International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees related to returns, inspections, or replacements.
7. How to Initiate a Claim
- Contact our support team at support@supremetrimmer.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Our team will provide a return authorization if applicable.
- Ship the item to us. Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue your replacement or store credit according to the policy above.
