Return & Exchange Guidelines for Supreme Trimmer Products

At Supreme Trimmer, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless experience with our products. Please review the guidelines below to understand our return and exchange process.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products with factory defects related to the motor, battery, or PCB (printed circuit board).
  • Items within the warranty period with a valid receipt.
  • Products with clear manufacturing defects, such as issues with craftsmanship or material quality (does not apply to accessories).

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with issues arising from misuse, such as improper blade changes, dropping, or lack of regular maintenance.
  • Items with physical damage, including broken levers, chipped blades, or disconnected batteries caused by being dropped or mishandled.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • Contact Support: Before initiating a return, please contact Supreme Trimmer Customer Service at 818-626-8065 or email us at Support@supremetrimmer.com for troubleshooting assistance. Many issues can be resolved without a return.
  • Qualifying Returns: Ensure the item qualifies under our return policy. Contact us to confirm eligibility before processing any returns or exchanges.
  • Replacement Items: When replacing a hair-cutting tool, include only the tool itself. Accessories, chargers, or bases should not be returned unless specifically instructed. This keeps the process efficient.
  • Factory Defects vs. Misuse: If the issue is not a factory defect but instead due to misuse, refer the customer to SupremeTrimmer.com for replacement parts or repair services.
  • Repairs: Many minor issues can be resolved through simple repairs, such as blade adjustments or internal checks. We encourage customers to explore these options before returning the product.
  • Spare Parts: Spare parts, including blades, levers, and other components, are available for purchase upon request.

International Returns

For international customers, please note that:

  • Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping fees for returns.
  • You will need to arrange your own shipping label and coordinate the shipment with your preferred carrier.
