Returns & Warranty

At Supreme Trimmer, we stand behind the quality of our tools and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because our products are personal-use items, we’ve created a fair policy that protects both our customers and our brand while maintaining hygiene standards and compliance with industry regulations.

1. Return Eligibility Window

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns received after 15 days or without full packaging may be declined or issued as partial store credit.

2. Hygiene Restrictions

  • Due to the personal nature of grooming tools, used items cannot be returned or refunded—even if used only once.
  • Any product showing signs of use (such as hair, oil residue, or skin contact) will be ineligible for refund and may be returned to the sender or credited as store credit at our discretion.
  • For sanitary reasons, products with broken hygiene seals (where applicable) are considered used.

3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or store credit is approved.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • If an item is determined to be used or unsellable, it will be returned to the sender.

4. Defective, Incorrect, or Warranty Claims

If you receive a product that is defective out of the box or the wrong item, please contact support@supremetrimmer.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost.

5. 1-Year Limited Warranty

All Supreme Trimmer tools include a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing or mechanical defects, including:

  • Motor, battery, or PCB (printed circuit board) defects
  • Faults in craftsmanship or materials

Not Covered:

  • Misuse, dropping, or improper maintenance
  • Physical damage (e.g., broken levers, cracked housing, chipped blades)
  • Normal wear-and-tear (blades, foils, guards, cords, batteries)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Repairs or replacements are provided at the discretion of Supreme Trimmer to prevent warranty abuse.

6. Third-Party & International Purchases

  • For items purchased from authorized resellers, returns must be processed directly through the original seller.
  • Warranty claims are still honored with valid proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees related to returns or exchanges.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Claim

     with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if applicable.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund, replacement, or store credit according to the policy above.
