Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your item must be in pristine condition – unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy. Shipping the product back to our warehouse? The buyer's got it covered.

🔧 Craftsmanship Concerns: For products facing craftsmanship issues, we've got you! Within the warranty period, we provide a shipping label, fix the problem, or replace the item. We may request additional images or videos to troubleshoot effectively.

🤷 Buyer's Remorse: Didn't quite hit the mark? We understand. While we generally accept returns, a modest 20% restocking fee may apply. Reach out to our customer support for queries that need clarity.

🚚 Rejected Packages Solution: Missed the delivery train? If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, a $10 shipping fee awaits the buyer for re-receiving the product. Alternatively, a full refund (minus the original $10 shipping cost) is on the table.
