🔄 Returns → 30 days for unused/unopened items; 20% restocking fee may apply.
🛍️ Third-Party Purchases → Returns handled by the original seller; warranty honored with proof of purchase from authorized resellers.
🌍 International Orders → Customer is responsible for return shipping.

🔄 Supreme Trimmer – Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Full Policy
At Supreme Trimmer, we value our customers and want to make sure you’re confident in every purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand what is and isn’t covered.
🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty
All Supreme Trimmer products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- Factory defects related to the motor, battery, or PCB (printed circuit board)
- Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship or materials (does not apply to accessories)
Not Covered
- Misuse (e.g., improper blade changes, dropping, lack of maintenance)
- Physical damage (e.g., broken levers, chipped blades, cracked housing, disconnected batteries)
- Normal wear-and-tear (blades, foils, guards, cords, batteries)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
👉 Replacements or repairs are at the sole discretion of Supreme Trimmer to prevent abuse of warranty claims.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products with valid warranty claims (factory/motor/PCB defects)
- Items within warranty period with proof of purchase
Not Eligible
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products outside of warranty period
- Accessories or consumables (blades, foils, batteries, guards, cords)
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
If you no longer want your product and there’s no defect:
- Must be unopened and unused
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
🚫 No Exchanges or Upgrades
- We do not allow exchanges for different models (e.g., trading a trimmer for a clipper).
- We can only provide a replacement of the same model if a warranty claim is approved.
🛍️ Third-Party Purchases
- If purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor, please return the item directly to them.
- We cannot process returns for non-defective items purchased outside our website.
- Warranty claims may still be supported if you provide a receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized seller.
🌍 International Returns
- International customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
- You must purchase your own shipping label and coordinate with your carrier.
🛠️ Repairs & Spare Parts
- Many issues can be solved with simple at-home repairs (like blade swaps or lever replacements).
- Replacement parts (blades, levers, foils, guards, etc.) are available for purchase at SupremeTrimmer.com.
- When sending tools back for replacement, please send only the tool itself (no accessories) unless instructed.
