    • Orders of $250+ ship FREE.
    • Orders between $150–$249.99 ship for $15.00.
    • Orders up to $149.99 ship for $19.99.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping times may vary by region and carrier.
  • Once a carrier marks an order “Delivered,” risk of loss passes to the customer (Supreme Trimmer is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss after delivery).
  • Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the country. Supreme Trimmer may, at its discretion, cover certain customs/import charges, but this is not guaranteed.
     

🛡️ Limited Warranty & Disclaimer of Use

  • All Supreme Trimmer Products come with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in motor or craftsmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover:
    • Misuse, abuse, or neglect,
    • Accidental damage,
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications,
    • Normal wear-and-tear (including blades, foils, batteries).
  • Replacements or repairs are provided at the sole discretion of Supreme Trimmer to prevent warranty abuse.
  • Products must be purchased directly from Supreme Trimmer or an authorized distributor to qualify for warranty service.
     

📸 User-Generated Content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, videos, etc.) you grant Supreme Trimmer a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

  • You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Unauthorized use of Supreme Trimmer branding for fake endorsements or influencer claims is strictly prohibited.
     

🚫 Limitation of Liability

  • Products and Website are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Supreme Trimmer disclaims all warranties not expressly stated herein.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Trimmer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • In New Jersey and other jurisdictions where exclusions are restricted, this limitation may not apply.
     

⚖️ Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

  • Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Support@supremetrimmer.com.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, CA, or telephonically.
  • Class actions and representative proceedings are waived. Claims must be brought individually.
  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by emailing Support@supremetrimmer.com.
